  8 Week- Mindfulness for  Life Course  

Online course via Zoom

Wed 1st October -26th November 2025(no class on 29th October )

Cost :  £125.00

Time :7-8.30pm 

Mindfulness offers a way of reducing stress and preventing low mood, it also has the potential to improve the way we live, helping us to flourish and experience a deeper sense of joy, contentment and resilience. The sessions will explore the essential principles of mindfulness through a combination of guided meditation practices, exercises, and group discussion around the practical applications of mindfulness in the daily lives of participants.

The course is made up of 8 weekly 90-minute sessions and is taught online via Zoom

in a group of minimum 9 to maximum 20 participants  in the comfort of your own home.

 

Participants will receive weekly handouts and meditations to download.

In this n this course, you’ll learn:

 

• To recognise the tendency of being in automatic pilot and learns ways to step out of it, by using mindfulness techniques in our daily lives.

• To observe how often we are lost in our thoughts and feelings and experience mindfulness practices that help us to recognise this and and return to the here and now.

• How mindfulness can help us to recognise when we’re caught up in unhelpful thinking, feeling and acting and understand them bringing kindness to them.

• Skills for keeping balance through life’s ups and down and for responding skilfully when difficulties arise, engaging with what is most important to us such as things that bring us joy and happiness.
