Joimove Dance and Breathwork Classes

Joimove and Breathwork Class

​The class combines energising dance moves set to music inspired by salsa, bachata, rock ‘n’ roll, cha cha , belly dance and tango. We will then gently transition for the last 10-15 mins  into breathwork and mindfulness practices designed to help you relax, reset, and restore both mind and body at the end of the class. 

This is a fun, welcoming space for adults to move, connect, and feel good – while building a positive and joyful community.

​Classes will run on Fridays  8th,15th and29th May, 5th,12th and 19th June.  ​

Class Fees

The first class on the 8th May is a free trial class.

Classes thereafter are £9 drop-in, or you can block book 5 classes for £40 using the PayPal button below.

  A 3 - week Breathwork  Course

I am delighted to invite you to join me  for a 3 - Week Breathwork Course online via Zoom

Tuesdays : 14th , 21st , and 28th April 2026

7-8 pm 

Cost :  £30

Breathwork is a natural, simple and powerful tool that can improve your wellbeing in daily life.  The breath is the only system in the body that we can control and learning to breathe to your fullest capacity can be really life changing.

 What is so amazing about Breathwork is it offers a wide range of benefits with a regular practice you can reduce stress and anxiety, calm the body’s fight-or-flight response, improve lung function, digestion, and support emotional regulation. It helps improve focus, mental clarity, and resilience while also promoting physical relaxation by lowering heart rate, improving heart rate variability, and supporting better sleep.

Take just one hour a week to reconnect with yourself, release stress, and feel more energized.

Week 1 Introduction to Breathwork and Awareness

  • What is Breathwork

  • Explore the benefits of Breathwork and the science behind Breathwork

  • Experience calm safe Breathwork practices

 

Week 2 Expand Breathwork Practices

 

  • The Anatomy of Breathwork, understanding how the diaphragm, rib cage and nervous system influence breathing.

  • Explore  calming breathwork to soothe the nervous system

  • Experience  balancing breathwork for focus and clarity

  • Learn mindful movement 

 

Week 3 Deepen and Integrating your Personal Practice

 

  • Reflect on breathwork for daily life

  • Understand triggers and self -regulation practices

  • Explore and experience energising breathwork to increase alertness and energy

  • Learn Body scan meditation and gentle restorative movement
