Joimove Dance and Breathwork Classes
Joimove and Breathwork Class
The class combines energising dance moves set to music inspired by salsa, bachata, rock ‘n’ roll, cha cha , belly dance and tango. We will then gently transition for the last 10-15 mins into breathwork and mindfulness practices designed to help you relax, reset, and restore both mind and body at the end of the class.
This is a fun, welcoming space for adults to move, connect, and feel good – while building a positive and joyful community.
Classes will run on Fridays 8th,15th and29th May, 5th,12th and 19th June.

Class Fees
The first class on the 8th May is a free trial class.
Classes thereafter are £9 drop-in, or you can block book 5 classes for £40 using the PayPal button below.

Breathwork is a natural, simple and powerful tool that can improve your wellbeing in daily life. The breath is the only system in the body that we can control and learning to breathe to your fullest capacity can be really life changing.
What is so amazing about Breathwork is it offers a wide range of benefits with a regular practice you can reduce stress and anxiety, calm the body’s fight-or-flight response, improve lung function, digestion, and support emotional regulation. It helps improve focus, mental clarity, and resilience while also promoting physical relaxation by lowering heart rate, improving heart rate variability, and supporting better sleep.
Take just one hour a week to reconnect with yourself, release stress, and feel more energized.
