I am a freelance Mindfulness and Breathwork teacher/coach, passionate about helping people reduce stress, enhance wellbeing, and live more fully in the present moment. I deliver a variety of Mindfulness-Based courses tailored to the needs of adults in the community, young people and staff in schools, workplace teams, and 1-2-1 clients.

I have an MSc in Psychological Research and Practice in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy from the University of Exeter and am BAMBA registered, ensuring the highest standards of professional practice.
In January 2026, I completed my training as a Breathwork Coach, and registered with the International Breathwork Foundation. I recently trained as a JOIMOVE dance instructor and I now offer classes in Mindfulness, Breathwork, and Joimove Dance, bringing together mind-body practices for holistic wellbeing.

Dancing has been my passion for the last 26 years, with a focus on salsa, modern jive, and Argentine tango. Dance is more than a hobby—it’s a mindfulness practice that reduces stress, improves balance and coordination, and boosts happiness. My teaching draws on this experience, helping clients experience joy, flow, and presence in movement and life.

What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the moment -to - moment awareness that is cultivated by tuning into your body sensations and breath purposefully paying attention in a non-judgmental way, to what is going on in your body and mind, and in the world around you right now. By doing this we waken up to our thoughts and can choose to respond to our emotions in a more skilful manner rather than reacting impulsively. Mindfulness is a practice that takes time to cultivate and that is why most Mindfulness-based courses are 8 weeks long. Clinical evidence from Random Control Trials has proven that a regular mindfulness practice is helpful in managing pain reducing stress, anxiety and depression.
Mindfulness offers a way of reducing stress and preventing low mood, it also has the potential to improve the way we live, helping us to flourish and experience a deeper sense of joy, contentment and resilience.
